Milk

The whole milk is pasteurised, but non-homogenized, and is bottled in a reusable 1 litre glass bottle. We also produce a half litre size – perfect for a single person, for an Airbnb, or as a delicious gift for someone special.

Our aim is to supply as many local people and outlets as possible, reducing food miles and promoting local business. The largest proportion of our milk goes direct to customers from collection points. We also supply a handful of cafes and some local shops.

Ice Cream

In 2022 we added the finest ice cream you'll ever taste to our menu! All the ice cream is made on site, using the finest ingredients, to create a truly delicious, authentic farmhouse ice cream.

We converted a horse trailer and travel to events such as local village fetes and beer festivals, to larger shows like Moreton-in-Marsh show and Cornbury Horse Trials.

We serve in cones which are the only ones to be made in the UK, or alternatively in fully recyclable pots. We have a large range of flavours available which are increasing all the time!

Ice Cream - Wholesale

We also make small 125ml take away pots in six different flavours (Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Mint, Honeycomb, Coffee) which are perfect for a sweet treat on a hot day. These are available in local shops and cafes.

For pubs and restaurants we can supply larger quantities (5 litre or 2.5 litre Napoli trays) to serve as a delicious pudding.
